The reception desk is open Monday to Friday from 15:00 to 18:00. It is closed at weekends and on public holidays. Guests arriving outside of reception times are asked to contact the property in advance to obtain instructions and access codes. Access codes will be given once the entire stay has been paid for.

Please note that credit card details used at the time of booking may be used to charge:

- EUR 170 for any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay

- EUR 150 if the non-smoking policy is not respected

- EUR 20 if the access card or keys are not returned upon departure.

The studio cannot accommodate extra beds.

「籃網每日新聞」報導，NBA布魯克林籃網華裔球星林書豪最近註冊「Brook-Lin」這個商標，將做為商業用途。布魯克-林的商標原本被一名球迷註冊擁有，在林書豪加盟籃網後，由這名球迷轉讓這個商標。

林書豪經紀團隊也看中紐約的大市場，因此在商標、個人形象和商業拓展事務上，林書豪經紀團隊逐漸深耕紐約，註冊個人商標只是第一步。

林書豪在接受媒體採訪時透露，如果不是因為籃網教練亞特金森（Kenny Atkinson），他是不會考慮加盟籃網。林書豪表示，「我非常懷念我們2012年在紐約尼克一起奮戰努力的過去，當時他給我最多鼓勵和支持，我們建立了友誼和信任。」

亞特金森當時是紐約尼克球員發展教練，負責年輕球員、二三線球員的指導、訓練和潛能開發，當時做為尼克板凳球員，林書豪和亞特金森有很密集互動交流。
